Job Description:
Customer is king and we want to ensure that they’re are at the forefront and receiving the very best service and experience right from making that very first phone call right through to aftercare long after the project is completed.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects work through our business work flow in as close to perfect as is humanly possible. Issuing business contracts for projects. Customer satisfaction surveys to gain vital feedback to ensure we can hi-light any issues and improve for next time. Logging service calls and allocating engineers/ following up with clients to ensure any issues are resolved in a satisfactory manor. Alerting clients via email shots of any service outages or known issues so we are working in a proactive not reactive manor at all times.
You will manage our database of contacts from staff, to clients, to partners and shoppers on our online store and ensure GDPR compliance.
You will also be in charge of managing, implementing and auditing our ISO +001 compliance as well as any other standards as a business we implement.
No experience necessary however you must be a people’s person and confident when dealing with clients as this is a client facing role.
An understanding/ interest in smart home technology would be an advantage.
Experience with ZoHo One is favourable although not essential as full training will be provided.
