OPERATIONS Manager
Job Specification:
Position: Operation Manager
Qualification: Any graduate/B Tech and Diploma Holder in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Hotel Management Graduate.
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Mahima HO
Nature of Industry: Facilities Management
Responsibilities –
• Instrumental in formulating and implementing of various SOPs of Security, Housekeeping and Technical at site.
• Preparation of Transition plan for new site.
• Preparation of Operational snagging report along with Technical manager for rectification work by Projects.
• Finalization of various vendors like Security, HK/ Horticulture and STPs in coordination with HOD/ Admin Department.
• Deployment of various agencies at site with timelines for overseeing Security, HK/ Horticulture/STP at site.
• Helping HR in hiring of various resources for key positions at site.
• Provides training as per training calendar to new Recruits at site, so that Operational efficiency can be achieved.
• Implementation of various checklists in HK/ Security/ Technical in coordination with Estate/ Mall Manager.
• Monthly audits to be done by Operations manager for tracking accuracy in work.
• Coordinating with Estate/ Mall manager for timely submission of Vendor Invoices at site.
• Coordinating with Estate/ Mall Manager for submission of various reports like Attendance, Daily Reports, PTTs, Vendor feedback forms and monthly MIS.
• Monthly meetings with all stakeholders like RWAs/Association at site for smooth Operations.
• Liaise with Govt. Law enforcement & Administrative agency for smooth functioning and timely renewals of Fire NOCs, STP Licences and AMCs of Equipment’s.
• Monthly meeting with various vendors for reviewing of their work at site.
• Coordinating with Estate/ Mall manager for timely payments from Residents/Shop keepers so that payments can be made to various agencies.
• Reviewing of monthly MIS with HOD.
• Monitoring of CAE on monthly basis and sets targets to site team on energy savings.
• Regular site visits for monitoring of day to day site work.
• Coordinating with Site accountants for timely raising of Cam/ Electricity Invoice of Residents/ Shopkeepers and make sure that Invoice are submitted to respective stakeholders.
• Processing of vendor Invoices post verification along with Compliances for timely payments.
• Coordinating with Admin Department for execution of timely vendor agreements.
• Organising activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
