Operations Manager (Future General Manager)
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee service delivery for VoIP, security, surveillance, access control, and technology infrastructure projects for our client in Brantford, Ontario.

The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations while preparing to transition into a General Manager role within 3–5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee service delivery for VoIP, security, surveillance, access control, and technology infrastructure projects.
● Assist the office administrator with project scheduling and coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.
● Manage inventory and service delivery logistics.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
● Document and Implement process improvements and operational best practices.
● Analyze metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
● Lead and develop a team of 6+ technicians, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For:
● 2+ years in operations management.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Experience in process improvement and team development.
● Technical aptitude and familiarity with a service industry is an asset.
● Familiarity with EOS or similar framework is an asset.
