Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor
s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3
5 years of experience in hotel maintenance management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem
solving skills
Experience with budgeting and financial management
