complete stock maintenance including disposables, spa& beauty products, consumables, housekeeping supplies etc.
3. Brand Development
Brand image development through ensuring excellent client feedback, customer satisfaction and services and overall management.
4. Retail Development
Developing good retail sale of products such as home care product.
5.Program/Membership Development
Depending on the current trends & customer’s preferences develop new programs & packages.
6. Standard Operational Procedures for each & every products & services
Develop SOP for every program, Spa etiquette has to develop
7. Spa Management
Total operational management of entire outlet starting from duty roster, staff scheduling, booking/reservation management, absentees management, staff grooming, time management, hygiene & presentation of spa & staff, products & consumables inventory management, Spa associated services to be implemented, treatment & consultation standards, retail, problems solving, handling customer & staff grievances etc.
8. Staff Management
Maintain proper staff strength, based on knowledge & experience, professional hospitality & Grooming standards, Therapist attitude & morale, language training, presentation of staff, staff & management rapport, Special staff incentive & commission programs, staff accommodation & transportation management etc.
9. Marketing
Proper time to time inputs for marketing to marketing personnel who so ever hired by the company. Establish our self as competitive & innovative Spa Operator for Luxury Hotels & Resorts (Special marketing strategies to be implemented)
10. Financial Management
Increasing spa revenue, achieving targets as specified, Daily & monthly bank statements, Financial interpretations, payroll, Staff incentives, bill payments, Bank through salary, PF, cost saving initiatives, Eco- friendly &` Energy saving initiatives. etc.

Salary: ₹10,124.15 - ₹30,000.00 per month
