Job Description
• Should be good at communication skills written & vocabulary in Hindi and English .
• Should be able to Supervise , guide and motivate Installation Vendors and Teams in the Field in getting the CCTV/ Surveillance Cameras installed and maintained both Indoor and Outdoor. Should be able to handle remote Teams and able to support them .
• Should have skills of Project Planning , Financial estimations, Reporting, Completion of Project in specified time lines.
• Should have basic knowledge of networking-, OFC, different types of Electrical cabling, etc.
• Should be good at Customer Relationship Management(CRM)- handling the customers to understand their needs and meet the Project deliverables, Service Delivery.
• Documentation , billing, Payment Realizations and Maintaining SLA's during O&M.
This is immediate requirement and the person selected need to stay in Jaipur – Rajasthan and operate.
Educational Qualification: B.E
Experience : 3-5 yrs
