Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The team member will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing an enthusiastic team of wedding / event professionals, dealing with vendors as well as closing deals with clients and ensuring events and weddings run smoothly and efficiently.
Must Haves
Previous experience in event planning as a team lead
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage P&L,
