Manager (Tax Division - KPO Business)

We are a leading KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) business operating in the Australian region.
Our Tax Division plays a crucial role in finalizing accounts, preparing financial statements, and tax returns for Australian entities.
As a B2B organization, we work closely with CPA firms, providing them with our expertise and services for their clients.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our team at Indore.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in outsourcing, Taxation, practice management, and managing teams of at least 100 members.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Tax Division at Indore, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Oversee and review the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other related documents for Australian entities, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with CPA firms, understanding their specific needs and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to their clients.
Utilize your experience in outsourcing to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resource allocation within the Tax Division.
Take ownership of practice management, including resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Branch level.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth, focusing on building long-term relationships with CPA firms.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of at least 100 professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and training to ensure their professional growth and development.
Implement effective people management practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Manage floor operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with other managers and departments within the organization to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends in the Australian region, and communicate these updates to the team, ensuring compliance in all activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of the Tax Division, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
A CA qualification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a KPO business or CPA firm within Taxation Department.
Reasonable knowledge of Australian tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards is desirable.
However, Extensive knowledge of tax laws of any one of the country such as India, UK, Canada, New Zealand, USA is must.
Proven experience in outsourcing operations, including process optimization, resource management, and quality control.
Strong practice management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of at least 100 professionals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with CPA firms and clients.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant tools, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive process improvements.
