• Scheduling and daily planning of team members
• Grooming subordinates by identifying weaknesses and creating appropriate training programs. • Effectively maintain relationships with all vendors.
• Effectively maintain relationships with all clients.
• Formulating and managing escalation matrix.
• Ensure handover of documents and proper training is given to customers on completion of project.
• Creating and implementing processes for smooth functioning of the department.
