About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to join our senior leadership team as an Operations Executive. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our Industrial and commercial building assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead all aspects of the Operations portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Develop and maintain best practices in site safety, facilities management, project management, and continuous improvement.

Implement proactive property lifecycle maintenance strategies.

Establish and monitor budgets, ensuring effective expenditure against budget.

Oversee capital works and major repairs and maintenance projects.

Nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, public authorities, local government, and the local community.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in hands-on operations management, preferably within the property, mining, production, or construction sectors.

They should be passionate about continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
