Join JLL's dynamic Victorian Office Leasing team as Operations Manager – a pivotal role supporting high-performance operations and strategic growth initiatives. Working alongside a high-calibre team, you'll drive operational excellence, enhance client delivery, and play a key role in the continued success of our market-leading leasing platform.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Operations Support
Partner with leadership to implement best-practice processes and drive team productivity
Manage deal tracking, monthly fee forecasting, and budget reporting
Oversee CRM systems, maintaining accurate marketing lists, deal pipelines, and fee records
Coordinate vendor creation, trust account management, and agency agreement preparation
Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead end to end marketing campaigns including photography, signage, online portals, and social media
Collaborate with JLL Business Services (JBS) to produce high-quality pitch materials, presentations, information memorandums, and brochures
Organise impactful team and client events that enhance market presence and brand visibility
Team Enablement
Run weekly team meetings with clear documentation and action tracking
Support recruitment initiatives alongside HR and leadership
Streamline onboarding and training processes to set new team members up for success
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement
Administrative Excellence
Provide executive support to Directors including diary management and travel coordination
Process invoices and manage monthly corporate card reconciliations
Ensure compliance and adoption of JLL's Business Services platforms and tools
What You'll Bring:
Essential
3+ years' experience in operations and marketing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Creative mindset with proven marketing capability
Outstanding organisational and project management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with Canva
Highly Regarded
Background in property or commercial real estate agency
Degree or post-graduate qualification in Business Administration
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
