The Role

As the Workforce Operations Manager - Home Care, you will oversee and lead workforce allocation practices within Home Care, ensuring we have skilled personnel to deliver high-quality care and services. You will be a key contributor to the Home Care leadership team, working collaboratively to meet organisational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Rostering & Scheduling:

Implement and oversee efficient scheduling practices.

Leverage software systems to reduce manual work and enhance rostering capabilities.

Manage planned and unplanned leave with minimal impact on service delivery.

Payroll:

Support the Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Leadership and Culture:

Provide high-quality leadership and foster a positive team culture.

Model organizational values and promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Enhance safety culture and engage in strategies to improve performance.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve complaints related to scheduling services promptly and effectively.

Financial and Business Performance:

Monitor KPIs to oversee scheduling team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Share information and seek support to enhance performance.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to Quality Standards and implement an audit program.

Project Leadership:

Lead and participate in projects to deliver timely and cost-effective outcomes.


About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in senior management-level rostering/scheduling and possess strong leadership skills. Analytical and decision-making abilities are crucial for understanding and responding to business performance information related to workforce management.

Essential Criteria:


Evidence of COVID-1+ and current Flu vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
Willingness to undergo a Bankruptcy check
Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
