Role/ Job Title : Operations Manager-Retail Assets Operations (Payments)
Business: Retail Assets Operations
Function/ Department: Central Operations
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'- Candidate should have prior experience in managing loan disbursal (booking)/Payments/Post Disbursal activities for all retail products.
The candidate should be well versed with loan documentations across products.
The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage on roll and off roll Staff.
The candidate should have adequate experience in managing & driving quality and SLA for the unit.
The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT
Uphold the tenets of the code of conduct of the Bank and nurture the team.
Taking initiatives and advising on the best practices to improve TAT and processes within the unit.
Secondary Responsibilities :
'Preparation of Various MIS
Daily co-ordination with branches/CPAs for resolution
Should be able to prepare BRDs for processes which require automation
UAT for any new system requirements/modification to existing functionality.
