Should have knowledge about Digital product and journey
Manage a team of comprising of Manager’s and vendor staff.
Manage Retail Operations Unsecured loan verification as per the process.
Do analysis of the product quality and report back to stakeholders and arrange for training sessions.
Manage vendor SLA’s and dashboards.
To ensure the team is trained regularly with all policy and process changes so that they highlight correct FTNR’s.
Focus on FTNR root cause analysis, reduction and ground team training.
Should have thorough excel knowledge, other data analysis toll knowledge to support analysis is an added point
Manage MIS’s reporting to various stakeholders.
Ensuring to deliver the BAU as per the timelines with accurate results and minimal support from his/her supervisor
Administer capacity utilization of the team and create culture of cross –training
Responsible to identify process improvement area within his/her team and lead the implementation
Take initiatives & drive best practices to improve quality & TAT for the unit.
