Facilities Operations Manager Job Duties
A facilities operations manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Managing building maintenance, such as ordering supplies and materials and monitoring work schedules to ensure that projects are completed on timeWorking with architects and engineers to design new buildings or plan renovations of existing structuresBuilding relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure reliable service and quality productsPlanning and overseeing construction projects, including scheduling manpower, managing safety measures, and overseeing budgetsOverseeing the planning and implementation of company sustainability initiatives, such as recycling programs or compliance with energy efficiency standardsManaging the daily operations of a building, such as maintaining building systems and cleaning common areasCoordinating with insurance carriers to ensure that buildings are adequately covered for fire, theft, or other lossesCoordinating with interior designers to select furniture, fixtures, and equipment based on company branding guidelinesManaging the activities of facilities staff, including custodial staff, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other laborers

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Operations management: 6 years (Preferred)06-18: 6 years (Preferred)
