Job Description
As our highly valued Operations Officer based in Brisbane, your role will be helping customers resolve enquires via electronic channels and by supporting staff that directly impact the customer experience.
The role will also require an analytical approach to a variety of complex situations that may arise. It will require a collaborative outlook and working across various business units to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
You’ll make an impact by:
Providing assistance to the Manager and Team Leader with essential non-core tasks and ad hoc escalations.
Comprehend and respond to unique customer and internal enquiries via a number of channels including digital and voice.
Leverage internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders to drive better customer experiences.
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry (frontline or back-office experience equally desirable).
High levels of computer literacy with an emphasis on accuracy.
Be a detail oriented individual with a problem solving mindset
