ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer – Warehouse Archive. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the secure management and handling of sensitive materials, maintaining safety, and contributing to operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process inbound and outbound orders within service standards, ensuring accurate cataloguing and inventory management.
Maintain precise data entry for efficient collection, delivery, and invoicing processes.
Adhere to all operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and proactively address concerns.
Ensure equipment is functional, regularly maintained, and operational.
Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
Report any issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
Consistently meet internal customer expectations and deliver quality results.
