• *Role Description**
The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in his/her absence and share best practices with the team.

• *Your key responsibilities**
- Prepare QI reporting for the EMEA region.
- Investigate breaks and escalate on timely manner for resolution.
- Participate in QI related audits.
- Interact with the outsourced back-office to conduct investigations on transactions
- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members
• *Your skills and experience**
- Diploma or Degree in a finance discipline
- At least 1 year experience in finance operations specially in reconciliation and securities transaction processes.
- Hands on experience QI reporting is desired.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines.
- At ease interacting with senior management and presenting topics
- Hands on working experience on excel is required.
