Job Description
The candidate is required to perform operational processing of all types of products in central operations hub
The candidate is required to perform transaction processing within the standard Turn Around Time (TAT) and 100% accurate results
The candidate would/may be required to do team management of 5-6 direct reports.
Key areas of Loan servicing are storage management, insurance, payments, repayments, loan servicing, reconciliation and quality assurance. All these stages are post the disbursal of a loan Booking on the system
Candidate would be required to perform daily processing on system basis prescribed guidelines and process checklist.
The candidate should have basic knowledge of loan lifecycle
The candidate should have basic knowledge to use MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
The candidate would be required to co-ordinate with the local branches for resolution of discrepancies identified in the loan file.
The candidate would be required to co-ordinate with internal stake holders i.e. Product teams and Policy teams for new guidelines & process related to loan booking.
The candidate would be required to publish various MIS to the all stakeholders.
