Operations Opening in Viara Store at

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on billing management and handling POS billing software, and generating invoices, etc.

2. Working on store management, checking inventory on the shelf and backend, monitoring the packing process, managing and maintaining online order dispatches, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Between the ages of 20-30 years

2. Education is not a condition, but you should be able to speak politely at least in Hindi and/or Marathi

3. Fluency in written English is necessary for most online communication

4. It is necessary to have a smartphone to manage the billing app, WhatsApp conversations with clients, etc.

5. Must know Excel to maintain reports, sales logs, etc.

6. Experience in telesales: Should be fluent in communication and be able to call customers for orders and follow up with their requirements

We might not be the right fit if you have the following skills:

1. Anger, ego, heat/wind/rain/travel trouble or back/waist/spine trouble

2. Want to work from home, or not punctual for work

3. Like to talk for hours on personal calls., lack focus, and have time constraints

4. Invite friends at the workplace to hang out, and not able to report on time and leave on time

5. Make excuses such as friends having accidents every day, relatives getting married/passing, long leaves/family functions, etc.
