Job Description
This role is responsible for end-to-end monitoring of shipments post departure, ensuring high service reliability and timely issue resolution. You will play a key role in maintaining DIFOT performance by identifying risks early and taking corrective action on missed or delayed connections.
In addition, you will oversee event management activities, including monitoring and responding to global political developments, local weather disruptions, and customer-specific events that may impact operations. The role also supports onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor shipments post-departure across the network to ensure service delivery
Manage DIFOT performance and proactively address risks to on-time delivery
Identify and resolve missed or delayed connections in a timely manner
Track and respond to external events (e.g., weather, geopolitical impacts) affecting supply chain operations
Support customer-specific requirements and special events
Assist with onboarding new customers into operational processes
