Job Title: Operations Sub-Ordinate (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Shift Timings:
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Sub-Ordinate to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks, including communication with students, managing live class operations, and handling payment follow-ups. The role requires punctuality, the ability to work independently, and effective coordination with different teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Send Welcome Email and Onboarding Form
• Send personalized welcome emails to new students using Canva templates.
• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding forms (within 1 hour of enrollment confirmation).
• Follow Up on Pending Payments
• Review and follow up on overdue payments from students using Google Sheets.
• Send reminders via Email, WhatsApp, or phone calls, escalating unresolved payments after 3 days.
• Assist with Live Class Concerns
• Attend and monitor live classes (Morning: 7 AM - 8 AM, Evening: 8 PM - 10 PM) to address operational issues.
• Ensure smooth class operations by resolving technical issues or escalating them as needed.
• Redirect Queries to Relevant Departments
• Handle student support requests and redirect learning or technical queries to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure all queries are addressed or forwarded within 2 hours.
Requirements:
• Basic proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Email (Gmail/Outlook), and Canva.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for attending live classes and handling student queries.
• Availability for both shifts as mentioned above.
