We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on supervisor who leads by example and can communicate at all levels. This is a sought-after role for a "can do" individual, with a customer first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures
Oversee the production team
Provide as required general customer service
Ensure all customer orders are picked, scheduled, loaded and delivered on time and in full
Hands on goods receiving
Conduct toolbox and team meetings
Locating finished goods and loading vehicles
Stock management - cyclical counts, proactive ordering and stocktaking
