Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is a critical role within the Newleap Nestor team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution. This individual will be responsible for assigning teams to specific departments, supervising cleaning, restocking, and re-order notifications, as well as customer handling and reporting.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you are a motivated and experienced retail professional looking to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assigning teams to specific departments
- Supervising daily cleaning, restocking, and re-order notifications
- Handling customer inquiries and issues
- Reporting to management on a daily basis

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a retail store environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
