Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is a critical role within the Newleap Nestor team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution. This individual will be responsible for assigning teams to specific departments, supervising cleaning, restocking, and re-order notifications, as well as customer handling and reporting.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a retail store environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
