About The Role

As the Operations Supervisor for Event Management at BCD, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of events and maximizing resource utilization. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of event managers, drive process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency to deliver exceptional event services.

You're Good At
• Managing logistics and project operations for large-scale events, ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution.
• Leading and motivating a team to drive consistency, quality, and commitment to timelines.
• Implementing and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Managing financial resources and labor hours effectively to align with company goals and budget constraints.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.

You Might Also Have
• A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in meeting and event operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and Cvent Meeting Technology.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering high-quality work.

Must Have's
• Must have previous experience planning executive, C-suite, high touch meetings and events up to 2k attendees.
• Must have previous experience directly managing a team of Event Managers.
• Must have experience in multiple client verticals / industries within the meetings and events space.
