About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage order processing, listings & cataloging on all e-commerce platforms
2. Work to update inventory & pricing on portals, as required for e-commerce enrollment on new platforms, and run e-commerce portal-based ads
3. Coordinate with the dispatch team for the timely dispatch of orders
4. Write effective and accurate product descriptions and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams
5. Make sure the product titles are attractive and effective
6. Understand and modify and rework the existing content if required
7. Take feedback and criticisms, assign the work, and make sure to get the goals accomplished within the given timeframe
8. Assist with order fulfillment including receiving inventory, organizing inventory, picking, packing and shipping trading, and conversion
+. Work to evaluate suppliers, work on negotiation contracts with vendors, forecast demand to maintain a lean inventory, reduce fraud control & procurement fraud analysis
10. Work on suppliers' identification coordination and negotiation on raw materials
11. Keep products listed on the B2B platform and sell to different businesses in the form of trading of raw materials and semi-finished finished goods
12. Work to bring in a process of comprehensive tracking and managing management of all processes from procuring to shipping of finished goods to the end customer
13. Work to enhance customer and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery, strengthen the customer and vendor relationship, focus on cost reduction, streamline the process of cost reduction on various aspects of supply chain logistics compliance cut short the prices in the supply production, and distribution process which can lead to profit, focus on minimizing delivery delays
14. Manage to strategize and define supply chain management structure with SOPs
15. Work proactively with multidisciplinary teams to establish objectives, and accomplish the given goals within the time frame
16. Prepare internal assessment reports, audits, invoices, product reports, and paperwork, and keep management updated on accomplishments at each stage
17. Keep a real-time dashboard on the inventory stock and relevant software handy
18. Manage to make sure to address product-related queries to vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
