Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Competency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
1-2 years relevant work experience in areas such as operations, regulatory compliance, internal control, case management or project management
Proven ability to drive results through process improvements
Call Recording tools knowledge preferred (E.g. NICE/Verint etc.)
