You’ll play a key role in delivering premium service in a fast-paced, supportive New Business team.
The role:
This role is responsible for the processing of New Business applications and additional business for ClearView’s Life Insurance in accordance with Financial Services procedures and guidelines.
What you’ll be doing
End‑to‑end administration of New Business applications while in proposal/underwriting
Liaise with Underwriters
Respond to internal and customer queries (in writing and via telephone)
Meet all service standards and quality objectives
Follow up with external parties (e.g., medical professionals, internal teams) to obtain required further information for applications
Secondary Responsibilities
Create ad‑hoc reports or tasks from management when required
Build and maintain strong internal & external relationships
General office administration and filing as part of the broader team support environment
Key external relationships
Clients – policy owners & the insureds
UHG (United Health Group)
Medical Industry administration and professionals
Other administrative external parties – such as external file storage

Qualifications and experience required:
Administration experience preferred
Specific life insurance experience or financial services preferred, but this is not essential - we focus more on the right attitude
Industry qualifications - Highly regarded
Exposure to corporate environments – preferred
