What role will you play?

As the Operations Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing back-office operations, ensuring productivity, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering a positive team culture. You will act as the bridge between senior management and employees, ensuring smooth execution of processes. You will provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of your team. You will be responsible for managing call queues to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed. Your passion for leadership and client-focus approach, will drive successful team performance and ensure an exceptional service to your key stakeholders.
