· Work days: 6 days a week
· Week offs: 1 Rotational week off

Basic Requirements for TL position
Competent in all process & technical skills like Shrinkage, AHT, Attrition, SLA, KRA, KPI, Occupancy, Utilisation, People Matrix, Service Level, Team Management, etc.
Conduct performance reviews & team meetings. Resolve agent & customer issues, understanding of metrics requirements & targets. Innovative techniques to motivate the team.
Comfortable with night & late evening shifts, US process. Only Graduates can apply with minimum 1 year experience in Team Leader position in BPO.
