Job description
Role Description :
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Cash Ops unit, providing support to Payment, Investigations, Fund Transfer processes, and directing daily operations within the business group.
• Manage incoming transitions relating to supported processes, ensure functioning within the Risk Framework, and meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters agreed with stakeholders are adhered to.
Responsibilities
• Manage teams performing various processes for Payment Processing, apart from assisting in other activities in Cash Operations as assigned from time to time.
• Measurement and adherence to KPIs.
• Keeping errors and operational risks under control.
• Managing crisis without operational loss.
• Driving Efficiency Gain related projects through various initiatives / changes.
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of business experience in an operations management role.
• Working knowledge of various banking products like Cash, Cash Management Services/ System.
• Strong communications skills.
• Good understanding of Regulatory & Compliance & Risk & Control.
• Knowledge on SWIFT Features, Product & Services.
