Job Description
To ensure all Exchange related activity (Pay in, pay out, Margin confirmation) are completed within the TAT.
To ensure all RTGS/NEFT, SWIFT & fund transfer instruction received during the day are process To ensure all Intraday are regularised during the day and if not then TOD approvals are taken for the same.
To ensure Daily Report is prepare on daily basis.
To train and guide team on new process introduce by department & to train the team on new circular issued by Exchanges.
To prepare BRD for new requirements coming from any of the Exchanges. Basic Knowledge of various system (Finacle and BCIF) Well versed with Office Automation like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Speed and accuracy of Transaction High level of commitment and be able to multi task Should be good co-ordinator as the position will need you to interact with various team across the bank.
Should have about 2-3 years of relevant banking experience, familiar with Capital Market Operation will be an added advantage Should have excellent communication skills
