Job Role
End to end responsibility of processes for
commercial operations
Ensure processes are aligned to extant internal and external guidelines governing the products.
Analyzing the existing process, identifying the gaps if any and build internal controls to avoid errors.
Work along with stakeholders for process simplification & Automation projects
Updating and maintaining process documentation.
Job Requirements –
In depth understanding of commercial operations in area of Document verification / Loan Disbursement / Limit loading.
Should be a self starter and able to connect with stakeholders
Good Communication & writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Word, excel, Power point presentation
Should have relevant work experience of minimum 7-10 years
