What does the job look like?
The Linfox Operational Training Department (LOT) is currently recruiting a passionate and self-motivated WA based Operations Trainer to join their successful team. Reporting to the Training Partner SA/NT/WA, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
Participating and committing to Safety Standards and CoR requirements at all times
Performing training with new and existing employees on a variety of equipment
Delivering practical and classroom-based training to Linfox team members.
Organise and deliver On-Road Driver Assessments.
Ensure training and assessment records are processed timely and accurately
Travelling to Metro and Regional sites to implement training solutions as required
Provide mentoring support to Linfox Business Unit Trainers
Complete professional development activities
Support the team to review and develop training resources as required

Heavy Vehicle licence (MC and Road Train)
