About the role
The Operations/MIS Executive is responsible for generating & greparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports. Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based on the results.
What you will do –
• Advance Excel, PPT with Pivot tables, vlookups and other practices to structure data and reports
• Generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports daily, weekly and monthly
• Identify the opportunities to automate the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae and other techniques
• Handle audit of session recordings, sales call recordings and report issues on daily basis
• Handle CRM and other tools to manage sales and customer data, no prior CRM knowledge is needed
• Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based on the results.
Who you are –
• Candidates should possess good knowledge and hands on experience on advanced Excel, PPT.
• Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.
• Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie Charts.
