Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based in Abu Dhabi, at the BRF Brazil Food Factory. The Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations. Daily tasks include setting up machines, performing routine maintenance, inspecting product output for quality, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards are met
Understanding of safety guidelines and adherence to workplace safety protocols
Teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other employees
Basic technical and production-related problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
