Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)
This position is responsible for executing production tasks according to established SOPs and safety guidelines. Their role ensures the smooth operation of equipment and processes to meet production targets. It ensures discipline of subordinate staff
Key Result Area
• Executing production tasks as per SOP and housekeeping standards
• Adhering to safety protocols
• Reporting any deviations from SOPs.
• Collaborating with the Supervisor and Maintenance Team for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Meeting production targets within the assigned shift.
• Supervising and training subordinate staff to ensure production and liaison with contract manager to ensure manpower deployment in his shift
• Maintain logs and make/interpret reports
