Experience:
Trainee Operator : Fresher
Operator : 1-7 years
Sr. Operator : More than 7 years
Competencies required (Functional and Behavioral) / Skills required:
Man Power Handling
Log sheet filling
Follow SOP
Housekeeping
Follow safety Rule
Co-ordination skills
Material Receiving
Reporting skills
Target production
PH meter calibration
Job Description:
Manpower Handling:
Effective output from contract labour as per shift targets given by the seniors
Monitoring of the work allotment to labours during the shifts
Shift Handling:
To control and maintain the process parameter like pH, temperature, pressure etc. of the respective process.
Shop floor activities related to process maintained as per chemical norms given by the seniors
Informing to Shift supervisor / In charge for any abnormality observed during the shift
Plant Operations’ Charge handover , take over with respective relievers
Following proper work instructions and SOPs of respective plant area
strictly maintaining Safety, health and environment norms defined by the organization
Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area
