Job Description
• Operate and monitor granulation equipment, including high-shear mixers, fluid bed dryers, and granulators.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for different production runs based on the specific requirements of the granulation process.
• Oversee the granulation process to ensure that granules meet the required specifications for size, shape, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery or the granulation process to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure that the granulation process adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on granules and granulation equipment to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch logs, equipment settings, and quality control data.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
