Job Description
• Will be responsible for preparing, completing and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses.
• Writing and reviewing valuation reports and presentations.
• Coordinating valuation projects with team members and providing oversight. Client interaction and preparing deliverables.
• Maintaining valuation databases.
• Tracking and analysing the capital markets. Preparing then required marketing materials for meetings with potential clients.
• Supporting the senior members of the Valuations practice.
• Looking for candidates with good understanding of financial statements and various valuation methodologies like DCF, LBO and comparable company analysis.
• Proficiency at financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Would prefer CFA/CPA/CA or MBAs with reputed institutes. Should be working with investment banking firms or handling valuations in the BFSI space.
