This email is with regards to an excellent opportunity that we have for Credit Manager (Monitoring) - Construction Finance.
Location : Mumbai
Work Experience : 3 to 4 years
Salary : As per Industry standards
Desired candidate would be handling the responsibilities which are mentioned below:
• Checking and Tracking the covenants as per the Sanctioned credit notes
• Creating monitoring templates and ensuring completeness of the same with regards to flat status, purchaser details and other EOD covenants
• MIS preparation for presentation of business status
• Analysing and preparing drawing power calculations for timely disbursement to clients
• Checking and preparing NOC for securities mortgaged to us
• To ensure all post disbursement monitoring with regards to audited financial collection and TDS are met with.
• To list out after analysing the data provided in the monthly monitoring report any event of default and escalate the same.
• Sharing required documents available at bank end i.e. Bank Statement, Stock Statement Insurance copy, Facility letter
• Attending to / coordinating with RM for query resolution.
