Job Responsibility:
you will be responsible to improve Customer Experience,
increase count of platinum dealers by helping sales team on understanding of sales process,
you will share best practices/stories with other dealers.
you will assist to nominate & line up training programs for dealer sales team so they can do sales better, understand product better.
You will also monitor how sales team is engaging customers to improve sales conversion through closures.
This is not sales job, here you will be focused on creating better customer experience by supervising productivity of resources, process adherence & minimising customer objections/ conflict scenarios.
Education: MBA Fresher (Must be done with final examinations)
Good Communication Skills
Must be comfortable with travelling
