Operation Process Execution and Compliance, Warehouse Systems and Technology Usage, Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Compliance Warehousing Standards; Reporting; Process Execution as per Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures; Operational Performance Compliance; Process Compliance; Operational & Performance Issue Resolution; Customer Issue Resolution and Specific Requests; Compliance Transport Rules and Regulations; Operating Materials Handling Equipment; Usage of Warehouse Systems and Technology; Operational and Service Quality; Provide Business Continuity according to BCP Process


Education: Secondary education or equivalent
Forklift Licence and high reach picking equipment and other Materials Handling Equipment (MHE)
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience


Minimum Education
Secondary education or equivalent

Minimum Experience
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
For Associate level, no prior experience is required
For Senior level, at least four (4) years of relevant work experience is required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail
