Support Banking Operations for Consumer Bank
• Receive, verify the customer requests/instructions through various channels
• Able to handle financial/investments/non-fin related transactions
• Ensure proper signature verification is performed for customer requests in accordance with the signing mandate
• Review and process various products under assigned objective through full review of documents
• Review reports to ensure audit proper on documentation, Perform control checks on document/instruction
• Perform daily reconciliation of work items received and processed and report for any outstanding
• Ability to confidently interact with Onshore/Branch for quick turnaround of daily deliverables in BAU
• Liaise with branch staff to clarify, highlight discrepancies and rectify incomplete instruction
• Key metrics and MIS reporting
• Display high standards of professionalism in following company’s policies
• Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
• Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
• Follow escalation matrix whenever required
Education: Bachelor’s/MBA
Experience:
• 1-3 years’ experience in banking operation, Operational process management
• Should have good comprehension skills & be attentive to details
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be able to make sound decisions based on information on hand
• Customer centric approach
• Demonstrate strengths across Risk/Controls and Client Excellence
• Experience in inbound/outbound voice process will be an added advantage
Skills:
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills, service oriented
• Attention to details, high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Meticulous, with good initiative & independence, communication skills
