Customer service experience in retail or healthcare
Connects authentically with people from all walks of life
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer proficiency (we use Optomate Touch)

The role requires the successful candidate to stand for long periods of time

ABOUT THE ROLE
Optical experience is not required – we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate with a genuine passion for customer care.
Answering the phone;
Make and follow-up appointments
Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
Data entry;
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
With time and training, you'll also support frame styling, lens dispensing, and conduct pre-testing using our modern diagnostic equipment
