Optical Assistant – Glassery Optometry Cronulla

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, detail-loving Optical Assistant to join our boutique optometry gallery in the heart of Cronulla.
At Glassery, we don’t just sell glasses—we curate a collection of luxury, independent eyewear brands from around the world. Our space is creative, fashion-forward, and focused on giving every client a personal, unforgettable experience.
What you'll be doing:
Guiding clients through frame styling with confidence and care
Selling high-end, luxury eyewear and offering expert style advice
Booking patient appointments and managing client follow-ups
Supporting the day-to-day operations of a boutique optometry studio
Delivering a consistently warm, enthusiastic and professional experience to everyone who walks through our door
What we’re looking for:
A friendly, confident communicator who genuinely loves connecting with people
A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style
Previous experience in Sales, Optical, fashion retail, or customer service is a plus!
Passion for helping others look and feel their best
A team player who thrives in a small, passionate, design-focused environment

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
