Fitzgerald Optometry is a long-standing independent optometry practice located in the heart of Williamstown. We have established a reputation within our community over the last 30 years for personalised eyecare.
We are looking for a full time assistant/dispenser to join our fun team and be responsible for the following:
Personalised solutions for our customers including eyewear selections
Optical dispensing and sales
Payment processing including EFTPOS and HICAPS
Frame fitting and adjustment
Assessing incoming jobs and invoicing
Records management and general administrative tasks
Role Prerequisites:
Excellent customer service experience
Friendly and passionate approach with the desire to learn new skills
Calm, composed and solution orientation with good problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, organised
Community orientated
Have a great can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
Respectful and empathetic
Benefits:
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
