We are an independent optical boutique located on Vancouver’s West Side, focused on curated eyewear, craftsmanship, and everyday aesthetics.
We are looking for a sales associate who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of style, and is comfortable creating visual content for social media.
This role is a mix of retail, styling, and content creation.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their needs and style
Provide thoughtful, personalized customer service
Maintain store presentation and visual standards
Support daily store operations
Create simple, consistent content for social media (Instagram, The Rednote, etc.)
Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
Help maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand
Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong communication and sales ability
Good sense of style and aesthetics
Comfortable with social media platforms
Ability to take photos and edit short-form videos
Detail-oriented and proactive
Willing to learn and take initiative
Preferred
Experience in retail or optical industry
Familiar with content creation tools
Long-term commitment (1–2 years+)
