Brief Function: Handles all sales functions in a professional manner for counter customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.

2. Greeting Clients: All Clients will be greeted warmly and enthusiastically when they enter the Store. Wherever possible the Clients name should be used in interactions.
3. Frame Selection: Be familiar with all of the optical frame ranges we carry and be able to explain the different features and benefits, as well as the brand values.
4. Lens Selection: The Sales Assistant must fully understand the design, function and features of the current lenses offered by the Store.
5. Store & Frame Cleanliness: To ensure that the all areas of the Store, Frame Displays, Frames and Sunglasses are clean, dust free and tidy.
6. Promotions: You will support and endorse Store Promotions that are conducted from time to time for specific products
